Why are there up to 3 different prices for each product? The different prices reflect the shipping and packaging costs involved. If a downloadable version of the product exists this will certainly be the cheapest and quickest way of getting the product. Mainland UK post and packaging is free for boxed products; Worldwide post and packaging is charged at a flat rate.

What's the difference between a boxed product and a downloadable product? The content of the products will be the same. The principal difference is that the boxed versions comes on a CD in a standard jewel case. The downloadable version is a file that you download to your computer. The type of file will depend on the product - software products will be usually be .exe files and audio products will be .mp3 files.

How do I get my downloadable product? Once your payment is completed you will be redirected to your own download page to get the file(s).
